We are seeking a Mid-Level SEO Specialist with a Focus on Technical SEO to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical SEO, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of improving organic search performance. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits to identify issues and uncover opportunities for optimization.
  • Optimize website architecture, URL hierarchy, and internal linking to enhance crawlability and indexability.
  • Implement technical on-page SEO best practices, including meta tags optimization, schema markup, and image optimization.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and third-party SEO platforms.
  • Collaborate with developers and webmasters to implement SEO recommendations and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Stay informed about the latest search engine algorithm updates and best practices in technical SEO.
  • Manage redirects, identify and fix broken links (internal and external), and resolve crawl errors.
  • Leverage tools like Screaming Frog, Semrush, Ahrefs, Majestic, and others to generate actionable reports and insights.
  • Identify issues affecting site speed, mobile usability, and core web vitals.
  • Assist with publishing content, optimizing title tags, and crafting meta descriptions to align with SEO strategies.
  • Review, analyze, and audit websites through detailed written documentation, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop SEO content strategies, UX audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis to support overall optimization goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to create deliverables that align with SEO objectives.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in technical SEO, with a proven ability to drive organic traffic growth.
  • Proficiency in WordPress, HTML, CSS, and basic understanding of JavaScript.
  • Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience using SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
  • Knowledge of Core Web Vitals, site speed optimization, and mobile usability best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with technical SEO reporting and KPI tracking.
  • Ability to work within US time zones.
  • Passion for SEO and eagerness to stay updated on industry trends and new tools.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work independently while balancing multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications:
