As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our team and drive our organic search strategy to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
- SEO Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and drive user acquisition.
- Keyword Research: Perform detailed keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities, relevant to our audience, and optimize content accordingly.
- On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, images, and internal linking structures to enhance search visibility.
- Technical SEO: Conduct regular audits to identify and fix technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, site speed, mobile optimization, and schema markup.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with the content team to provide SEO recommendations for blog posts, landing pages, and other content pieces, ensuring they align with our SEO strategy.
- Link Building: Develop and execute a white-hat link-building strategy to acquire high-quality backlinks from relevant and authoritative websites.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software. Provide regular reports and insights to the team, and use data to inform decisions and strategies.
- Competitor Analysis: Keep a close eye on competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities and threats, and adjust the SEO strategy as needed.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure SuperTokens remains competitive in search rankings.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of SEO experience, including content, technical, on-site, and off-site SEO. Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, with a strong track record of improving organic search performance.
- Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices. Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
- Familiarity with technical SEO, including site audits, page speed optimization, and mobile SEO.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for staying ahead of SEO trends and continuously improving.
- Experience with open-source projects or developer-focused products is a plus.
Nice to have: Strong preference for candidates with a technical background such as a degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
