We’re looking for a sharp, analytical, and motivated SEO pro to serve as a key right-hand to our Head of SEO. This person will own client SEO execution, lead junior team members, and help develop and refine processes that move the needle.

- Execute and optimize local and national SEO strategies for home service businesses (primarily plumbing and HVAC).
- Analyze rankings, traffic, and conversion data to measure performance and provide recommendations.
- Manage a small team of junior SEO specialists, delegating tasks and ensuring quality execution.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and implement improvements across client websites.
- Perform keyword research, competitor gap analysis, and content audits to identify optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Head of SEO to refine processes, templates, and internal workflows.
- Work closely with content creators and web developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital assets.
- Monitor algorithm updates and industry changes to keep our strategies sharp and effective.
- Help maintain dashboards and reports in Looker Studio and other tools to track and present progress.
- Oversee execution of on-page SEO, internal linking structures, and local SEO tactics (including Google Business Profiles).
- Assist with training and onboarding of new SEO team members as we continue to scale.
What You Bring to the Table
- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in an agency or B2B environment.
- Experience in the home services space (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, etc.) is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Proficient in reading SEO data and turning it into actionable insight.
- Comfortable managing projects, reviewing others’ work, and providing constructive feedback.
- Ability to clearly communicate SEO concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proactive mindset—able to identify opportunities, solve problems, and get sh*t done.
- Familiarity with local SEO ranking factors and strategies, especially for Google Maps/GMB.

Salary Range
$65,000 – $85,000, depending on experience.
