About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced, proactive SEO Specialist based in Egypt who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. This role demands a strategic thinker who can independently research, develop, and implement effective SEO strategies aligned with our clients’ business objectives. You will take complete ownership of the SEO process, from initial research and strategy development to technical audits and presenting client-ready deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience insights
- Create and implement detailed SEO strategies
- Generate high-quality deliverables such as content calendars, content briefs, technical audit reports, and performance analyses
- Prioritize SEO tasks based on business impact and ROI
- Develop internal linking strategies and perform detailed internal link mapping
- Build insightful reports and dashboards using Data Studio/Looker
- Collaborate closely with content, development, and marketing teams to align SEO goals and brand messaging
- Stay current with industry trends and proactively respond to changes in search engine algorithms
- Implement local SEO strategies including Google Business Profiles, citations, and local landing pages
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven hands-on experience in organic SEO, ideally in an agency or consulting environment
- Deep understanding of technical SEO aspects including site architecture, crawling, indexing, canonicalization, URL structures, and page speed optimization
- Expertise in on-page optimization (meta tags, header tags, keyword placement, content optimization)
- Proven experience developing and managing successful link-building campaigns
- Proficient with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SurferSEO, Google Analytics, Search Console, and others
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present complex SEO concepts to clients and stakeholders
- Experience with schema markup and advanced content optimization strategies (content consolidation, cannibalization analysis)
