We’re looking for a detail-oriented SEO Specialist to optimize and expand our client’s digital presence. This fully remote role requires working East Coast hours and focuses on improving organic search performance through on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies. You’ll use tools like Google Analytics to track performance, identify opportunities, and drive measurable results across our web properties.

Ideal candidates are proactive, analytical, and passionate about SEO best practices. You’ll collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to ensure SEO is embedded in every part of our digital strategy.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience with a strong track record of improving search rankings and traffic
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and other SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog)
• Deep understanding of SEO principles, algorithms, keyword research, link-building strategies, and technical SEO
• Ability to conduct thorough SEO audits and implement actionable recommendations
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience working cross-functionally with content creators and developers

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Experience optimizing for local SEO or multi-location businesses

Compensation: $40 – $60/Hour
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
