The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is enthusiastic about SEO and eager to work on award-winning products in one of the world’s most competitive search environments. The successful candidate will join a team at the forefront of SEO innovation and will be responsible for on-page and technical SEO for our leading brands in iGaming/Online Casinos for North America.
You will work collaboratively with other departments, handling issues in a dynamic and creative way. You will provide SEO recommendations in all parts of the experience – planning and creation. You will also regularly perform audits to provide recommendations, counsel content teams to integrate SEO best practices and help with the content strategy through keyword research and competitor analysis.
Your Impact
- Conduct keyword research to guide the content team and create content briefs that include optimal page structures and keywords.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO strategies, algorithm updates, and industry news, and educate the organization on SEO best practices.
- Optimize the website for maximum SERP visibility, including competitor analysis and developing link-building strategies.
- Perform regular reporting and analysis on traffic, rankings, and other SEO metrics to identify areas for growth.
- Collaborate closely with the content team to ensure adherence to SEO best practices and perform SEO gap analysis for potential growth opportunities.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 2–5 years of proven SEO experience, particularly with large or complex websites, and expertise in mainstream SEO tools like Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including formulating and testing SEO hypotheses, analyzing data to assess performance, and understanding site structure and on-page SEO best practices.
- Solid grasp of Web Vitals metrics, known ranking factors, and search engine algorithms, with the ability to measure and optimize for them.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills, with proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
The Interview Process
- 1st: Initial Chat with Talent Partner (30 mins via Zoom)
- 2nd: Interview with our team, Sr. SEO Specialist and SEOSpecialist (1 hour video via Zoom)
- 3rd: Take home task – you will be given 3-5 days to complete the task and send it back for us to review
- 4th: Final interview with our team, Head of SEO and Manager, SEO (1 hour video via Zoom)
