Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing website content, conducting keyword research, analyzing SEO performance and enhancing overall content effectiveness. This role requires a hard worker with excellent written communication skills who has a deep understanding of SEO best practices and can focus on driving organic traffic and conversions.
Responsibilities and Duties | Things to be accomplished
- Content Optimization: Optimize existing content and create new content to improve search engine rankings and user engagement.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content strategy team to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with overall marketing goals.
- Keyword Research and Optimization: Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-traffic keywords and keyword gaps, and optimize content accordingly.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush and Ahrefs.
- On-Page SEO: Implement on-page SEO best practices, including optimizing meta tags, headers, and content structure.
- Off-Page SEO: Support senior director in link-building strategies to improve domain authority and search engine visibility.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly report analysis on SEO performance, including insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
- Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
- Experience with keyword research and content optimization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong English communication skills for effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge of additional digital marketing channels such as PPC, social media, and email marketing.
- Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or SEO-specific courses.
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and tools.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
