RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform comprehensive SEO analysis and develop strategic recommendations to improve clients’ organic search visibility, rankings, and conversions.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify high-opportunity keywords and phrases that align with clients’ business objectives and target audiences.
- Manage web development projects with a focus on SEO, ensuring websites are built and optimized for maximum search engine visibility and performance.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop data-driven content strategies and ideas that resonate with target audiences and drive organic traffic.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices, including optimizing meta tags, URL structures, internal linking, and site architecture.
- Monitor and analyze clients’ SEO performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports and insights to inform ongoing optimization efforts.
- Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the agency remains at the forefront of demand generation techniques and SEO strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PPC, content, design, and strategy, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that deliver results.
- Identify and address technical SEO issues, such as crawl errors, broken links, and site speed optimizations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in SEO, preferably within a B2B demand generation agency or marketing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, tools, and techniques.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful SEO strategies that drive growth and meet client objectives.
- Strong understanding of B2B demand generation strategies, tactics, and best practices.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
