In this dynamic role, you’ll play a key part in advancing Bloomreach’s marketing initiatives in the AI-driven era. We’re looking for a data-driven SEO professional with a strong mix of technical and analytical skills, ready to harness AI for better search performance.

What challenge awaits you?

Your job will be to:

Develop and execute SEO strategy: Design and implement an innovative SEO strategy to increase organic traffic, improve keyword rankings, and drive conversions.

AI-Powered Optimization: Leverage AI tools for keyword research, content optimization, competitive analysis, and reporting.

Collaboration: Work closely with agency partners, tech vendors, and internal teams to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content that aligns with business objectives.

Technical SEO: Perform website audits to identify and fix technical SEO issues (e.g., site speed, schema markup, crawl errors).

  • Stay Updated: Keep up with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and emerging AI technologies to ensure our strategies remain competitive.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze SEO metrics, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders to inform broader digital marketing efforts.

You have the following experience and qualities:

Professional experience

  • Proficiency in SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, GA4, and Google Search Console.
  • Experience using AI tools like Jasper, ChatGPT, copy.ai or similar to streamline SEO tasks.
  • Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
  • Proven experience of driving measurable organic growth in another SaaS organization

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • A deep passion for AI, and a commitment to shaping the future of digital experiences in the era of AI
  • A motivated “can-do” individual, fluent in English and able to work independently as well as part of a team

Compensation:

  • Restricted Stock Units or Stock Options are granted depending on a team member’s role, seniority, and location.*
