We provide B2B marketing services such as SEO-driven content marketing (keyword research, content calendars, content briefings, content optimization), technical SEO audits, link acquisition as well as performance marketing.

We are a remote-native agency and our team members live in Germany, Austria, Macedonia, Serbia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Portugal and the USA. We work asynchronously (at your own schedule).

Job Details
- Part time or full time position
- If full time:
- Salary range: 40 to 50.000 EUR per year based on experience
- 25 days of paid holidays per year.
- 140 hours per month.
- If full time:
- The role will be remote and asynchronous.
- Success in the role means meeting our quality standards for SEO and content marketing work, increased client happiness, and meeting all client deadlines.
- You will be reporting to the founder (Viola), our Director of SEO as well as the SEO consultants owning the client relationship, client goals and milestones.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Execution of SEO and content marketing work for our clients.
- Owning deadlines
- Client-ready delivery of SEO and content tasks.
- Create and improve SEO processes (with our guidance and feedback).
- Tasks can include:
- Data analysis, e.g. competitor research or monthly reports
- Keyword research
- Content calendars
- Detailed content briefings for SEO
- On-page optimization
- Content editing
- Image optimization (resizing, alt tags, uploading)
- Video optimization for Search and YouTube
- You will attend regular meetings such as:
- Weekly team meeting
- Weekly 1on1s
- Weekly mastermind
- Monthly Flow University
- Quarterly planning and retrospectives
- Client calls
Qualifications
- Native-level English.
- Optional: Basic German
- At least 3 years of SEO experience with a focus on content marketing
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO
- Excellent self-organization in a remote work environment
- Excellent ownership for results by being proactive, finding solutions, communicating openly, introducing new ideas and improving our processes
- Be able to work independently using your own initiative but equally be happy to jump in to support the team and ask questions when needed
