SEO Sales Manager
Compensation: $60,000 base salary
Location: Remote (Eastern working hours)

Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a talented, motivated, and forward-thinking SEO Sales Manager to join our team to handle SEO leads and client management. This role is ideal for a confident communicator, with experience in SEO agency work, and who thrives in closing leads and building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
1. Closing Leads (50% of the role)
- Conduct research and create pitch reports for prospective clients.
- Analyze competitive landscapes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead efforts to close new client leads by providing SEO insights and actionable recommendations.
- Present technical SEO strategies during client pitches.
2. Managing Clients (50% of the role)
- Join client SEO update calls (from weekly to monthly, depending on the client)
- Prepare and present detailed performance reports for existing clients.
- Analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve rankings and traffic.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, measure performance, and drive strategy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfort with client-facing work, including regular video calls with senior management.
- Detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the dynamic demands of the SEO industry.
- Proficiency in A/B testing, data analysis, and identifying trends to maximize organic ROI.
- Expertise in identifying inefficiencies and areas of opportunity to boost KPIs.
Experience
- At least 2 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency experience preferred).
- Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog).
- Experience with performance monitoring and reporting.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO techniques.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
- Up-to-date knowledge of SEO trends, tools, and best practices.

Working Hours
Flexible working hours, with regular availability expected during Eastern working hours to support collaboration with our team in Europe and ensure smooth communication with clients in the U.S.
Application Process
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to undertake an aptitude test (approximately 60 minutes) to pass through to phase 2 of the hiring process. Candidates that make phase 2 will be offered a short interview and candidates that pass this phase will then be offered several paid trial tasks ($25/hour) and/or a 30-day trial, prior to a full-time employment offer.
