Reporting directly to the SEO program manager, you will coordinate work for a large international client in the hospitality sector with over 120 locations worldwide.
Our team coordinates a wide range of SEO-related requests from internal senior members and locations daily. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating tasks resulting from the requests, working closely with cross-functional teams, including the Helpdesk, and actively participating in client calls.
This role is ideal for someone who has held project management-related roles in the digital marketing industry (especially SEO) and is driven, highly organised, and confident in internal and client communications.
Minimum requirements
- Business proficiency in English.
- 3-5 years experience in a project management-type role, ideally within Content SEO or digital marketing.
- You are primarily based in Europe.
- We offer contract-based employment; therefore, we require you to set up your own company entity, either as a Limited Company or as a Sole Trader.
- With contract-based employment, you will manage your employee benefits independently.
- You must have an international bank account registered in your name with an IBAN and Swift/BIC number.
- You must own a machine capable of performing basic digital tasks such as emailing, spreadsheet processing, and attending video calls without interruption.
- You must have a reliable internet connection capable of providing video calls without interruption.
Key Responsibilities
- Task Management
- Process and manage various requests from client locations and internal teams using JIRA.
- Understand client goals and requirements to ensure tasks are executed successfully.
- Proactively gather necessary details from clients and team members to streamline task completion.
- Monitor progress, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure timely delivery of all assignments.
- Escalate potential issues with deadlines to the Program Manager and collaborate with the team to resolve them.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend enhancements to increase efficiency.
- Resource Coordination – Assign and delegate tasks to appropriate team members based on their availability and capacity.
- Knowledge Management – Serve as the central knowledge hub for processes and requirements, ensuring accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date documentation.
- Client Services – Act as a key point of contact for client communication, facilitating calls and emails to ensure insights, deliverables, and updates are conveyed clearly and effectively
Required Skills
- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Slack, Monday.com, Google Sheets, Microsoft Onedrive
- Basic understanding of SEO best practices and performance measurement tools.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Actively seek opportunities for professional growth and embrace constructive feedback.
The following skills are advantageous but not essential.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Search Console or similar.
- Previous experience in a Help Desk role, resolving customer queries.
- Familiarity with the management of Google Business Profiles and other local directories.
