Reporting directly to the SEO program manager, you will project manage tasks for a large international client in the hospitality sector with over 120 locations worldwide.
Our team coordinates a wide range of SEO-related requests from internal senior members and locations daily. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating tasks resulting from locations’ requests, working closely with cross-functional teams, including the Helpdesk, and actively participating in client calls.
This role is ideal for someone who has 2-3 years foundational knowledge on SEO and would like to grow experience in large enterprise project management and client servicing. You like orders and are driven, team player, highly organized, and confident in internal and client communications.
This role is not ideal for someone who would like to grow into non-project management type of roles such as SEO Content Strategy or Technical SEO Strategy.
Minimum requirements
- You are primarily based in Europe.
- Business proficiency in English.
- 2-3 years experience in a project management-type role, ideally within Content SEO or digital marketing.
- We offer contract-based employment; therefore, we require you to set up your own company entity, either as a Limited Company or as a Sole Trader.
- With contract-based employment, you will manage your employee benefits independently.
- You must have an international bank account registered in your name with an IBAN and Swift/BIC number.
- You must own a machine capable of performing basic digital tasks such as emailing, spreadsheet processing, and attending video calls without interruption.
- You must have a reliable internet connection capable of providing video calls without interruption.
Key Responsibilities
- Task Management

- Process and manage various requests from 100+ client locations and internal teams using JIRA.
- Understand client goals and requirements to ensure tasks are executed successfully.
- Proactively gather necessary details from clients and team members to streamline task completion.
- Monitor progress, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure timely delivery of all assignments.
- Escalate potential issues with deadlines to the Program Manager and collaborate with the team to resolve them.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend enhancements to increase efficiency.
- Resource Coordination – Assign and delegate tasks to appropriate team members based on their availability and capacity.
- Knowledge Management – Serve as the central knowledge hub for processes and requirements, ensuring accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date documentation.
- Client Services

- Attend 40-50 client calls every month, know the status know each client’s tasks and take reliable notes on the calls. You also have the ability to answer SEO related questions from clients that know very little about SEO or are able to bring back these questions to verify with the wider team.
- Act as a key point of contact for client communication, facilitating calls and emails to ensure insights, deliverables, and updates are conveyed clearly and effectively.
Required Skills
- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Slack, Monday.com, Google Sheets, Microsoft Planner.
- Basic understanding of SEO best practices and performance measurement tools.
- Very strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Actively seek opportunities for professional growth and embrace constructive feedback.
The following skills are advantageous but not essential.
- Previous experience in an Administrative Role or Help Desk role, resolving customer queries.
- Familiarity with the management of Google Business Profiles and other local directories.
