Job Summary:

KnowFully Learning Group is seeking an experienced SEO & Organic Growth Manager to lead our search engine optimization (SEO) and organic marketing strategies. This role is pivotal in enhancing our online presence and driving organic growth across multiple brands in the healthcare vertical, with a primary focus on technical SEO. You will be responsible for managing complex SEO efforts, improving website architecture, and implementing the latest best practices to optimize both on-page and off-page SEO.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Technical SEO Strategy and Execution: Lead and implement advanced technical SEO strategies, including optimization of website architecture, URL structures, mobile-first indexing, schema markup, and crawlability to maximize search engine visibility.
  • On-Page SEO Management: Optimize website content, meta descriptions, headers, and image tags while ensuring proper use of structured data (JSON-LD, microdata, and RDFa) for enhanced visibility in search results.
  • Off-Page SEO & Link-Building: Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including backlink acquisition, domain authority enhancement, and reputation management across online platforms.
  • Core Web Vitals Optimization: Focus on improving Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS) and ensuring compliance with Google’s page experience metrics to enhance organic performance and user experience.
  • Organic Search Management: Conduct comprehensive keyword research, SERP analysis, and competitive analysis to inform SEO strategy and drive performance improvements.
  • SEO Tool Mastery: Use tools such as SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Atarget=”_blank” hrefs, Screaming Frog, and Clearscope to identify issues, monitor performance, and create actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Organic Social Media Integration: Collaborate on organic social media strategies that are aligned with SEO goals, enhancing overall engagement and community growth.
  • Content Strategy & SEO Collaboration: Work closely with the content team to ensure all digital content is fully optimized for search engines, including blog posts, landing pages, and product pages.
  • Technical Audits & Troubleshooting: Regularly perform detailed site audits to identify technical SEO issues (crawl errors, duplicate content, broken links, etc.) and work with web development teams to implement fixes and optimizations.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics, such as organic traffic growth, keyword rankings, and conversion rates, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all platforms and marketing campaigns.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Continuously monitor the SEO landscape, staying informed on industry trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities to maintain our competitive edge.
  • Training & Development: Provide guidance and training to internal teams on SEO and technical SEO best practices to enhance marketing knowledge and performance.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proven expertise in technical SEO, including advanced understanding of website architecture, crawlability, and site performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in technical SEO tools such as SEMrush, Google Search Console, Atarget=”_blank” hrefs, Screaming Frog, Clearscope, GTMetrix, and PageSpeed Insights.
  • Experience with managing Core Web Vitals, page speed optimization, and mobile-first SEO strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and how they impact SEO performance.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful SEO insights to inform strategy.
  • Excellent understanding of organic search ranking factors, algorithms, and SEO best practices (both on-page and off-page).
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present SEO insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Creative problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on technical troubleshooting.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in organic marketing, with a deep focus on technical SEO.
  • Demonstrated success in improving search engine rankings and driving measurable organic growth through technical SEO initiatives.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
