About The Role

We are looking for an established SEO lead with vast experience managing content teams and high traffic affiliate sites. Sleep/Mattrass industry experience is required.
This position can be 100% remote – worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Growth on the management and expansion of sites overseeing and collaborating in the content execution.
- Train and manage writers and editors on SEO best practices
- Potentially recruit SEO analysts for your team
- Work alongside affiliate managers and analysts to drive a common goal
- Own keyword research, competitor research and analysis
- Analysis and problem solving of SEO challenges
Requirements:
- Highly experienced SEO professional from an affiliate background in the Health & Wellness / Sleep industry.
- 2+ years experience in the Health & Wellness / Sleep industry
- Self-driven problem solver with a data driven mindset
- Experience in managing content resources
- High proficiency in spoken and written English
- Proven ability driving organic traffic and commercial value
