What you’ll do as SEO Manager:
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive SEO strategies for multiple clients.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their goals and objectives, and tailor SEO initiatives accordingly.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for organic growth.
- Implement on-page and off-page optimization techniques to improve website visibility and rankings.
- Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, and internal linking structures, for enhanced search engine visibility and user experience.
- Drive content strategy development, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices and client objectives.
- Create engaging blog posts, articles, and other content formats to attract qualified leads.
- Monitor website performance and SEO metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports and recommendations to clients, ensuring clear communication of strategies and results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm updates, adjusting strategies as needed to maintain optimal performance.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in SEO best practices
- Proven ability to develop and execute content marketing strategies
- Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on SEO optimization
- Experience with keyword research tools like SEMrush
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in layman’s terms.
