Are you someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a passion for driving organic growth? Do you have a track record of leading multi-channel teams and managing stakeholders efficiently? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

A bit about the job:

As an SEO Manager, you will lead the SEO program for our Health & Protection business, managing initiatives that drive business growth from demand to sales. You’ll develop strategies based on customer insights and market data, leading large-scale SEO program deliverables, and ensuring the seamless delivery of complex deployments. You will work closely with our Digital and Paid-Search teams to ensure an integrated search strategy. Your role will involve identifying content gaps, briefing content using SEO best practices, and executing effective outreach campaigns. You will support the Health & Protection Go-To-Market team and collaborate with various teams to achieve business goals, effectively communicating growth insights to senior leaders and stakeholders.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Extensive experience in SEO, both in agency and in-house settings, with a proven track record of delivering business growth.
  • Strong experience working with internal and external content teams and conducting content gap analysis to create SEO-optimized briefs.
  • Technical SEO expertise, especially within an agile team environment, with the ability to brief technical requirements.
  • Experience working with large brands, ideally within Financial Services or regulatory industries, and a data-driven, customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to articulate SEO concepts to stakeholders of varying levels of knowledge.
