We are seeking a talented Website Designer to join our dynamic team and create websites that not only look great but also perform exceptionally well in search engines.
As a Website Designer, you will play a key role in designing and developing websites that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for SEO. You will collaborate closely with our SEO specialists, content creators, and developers to ensure that every website we build not only meets our clients’ branding and functional needs but also adheres to best practices in SEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing website layouts and user interfaces using graphic design software and tools.
- Creating wireframes and prototypes to visualize website design concepts and user flow.
- Selecting appropriate fonts, color schemes, and graphics to enhance the visual appeal of the website.
- Collaborating with developers to ensure website functionality and usability.
- Keeping up to date with emerging design trends and technologies in the web design industry.
- Communicating effectively with the team to understand client requirements and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Ensuring the website design meets industry standards and best practices, including accessibility and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Create mobile-first mockups in Figma.com
- Answer the team’s request to discuss the newly assigned project within a maximum of 24 hours.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Website Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and demonstrating expertise in web design.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; knowledge of web development frameworks is a plus.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and best practices.
- Understanding of user-centered design and usability principles.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating outstanding user experiences.
- Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not required.
