About the job
As our Web Analytics & SEO Analyst, you’ll contribute to web analytics and SEO efforts across our enterprise web properties. You’ll assist with implementation, monitoring, reporting, dashboard creation, and education, helping teams make data-driven decisions. In this role, you’ll analyze SEO performance, provide recommendations for content and keyword improvements, and collaborate with designers and developers to implement technical SEO enhancements.

- Estimated Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Assist in tracking and analyzing website performance using GA4 and other analytics tools.
- Create dashboards and reports to help teams make data-driven decisions.
- Support SEO efforts by conducting keyword research, evaluating technical implementation, and monitoring performance.
- Collaborate with marketers, analysts, and developers to implement SEO and analytics recommendations.
- Manage and maintain marketing tags within a tag management platform.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and website performance metrics.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for working with data.
- Experience with dashboarding and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and juggle multiple projects.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
PREFERRED:
- Familiarity with BrightEdge, Contentsquare, or Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Google Analytics certification is a plus.
- Understanding of the insurance or financial services industry is helpful.
