We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SEO Specialist to join our team. They should possess a deep understanding of technical audits, data analysis, and local search strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical audits and identify areas for optimization across various digital platforms.
- Utilize a variety of data sources and research tools to inform SEO/SEM strategies.
- Manage agency teams effectively to execute SEO/SEM campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and rapidly build expertise on new businesses and industry verticals.
- Implement local SEO strategies and manage local listings effectively.
- Utilize HTML, PHP, JavaScript, and CSS to implement technical SEO enhancements.
- Analyze complex data sets using advanced Excel and other analytical tools.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to junior team members.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in SEO including technical audits.
- Experience with local SEO strategies, local listings management (LLM), and local rankings.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
- Proven track record of leadership and mentoring junior team members.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and creative thinking abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centered environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
