Description

To build on the momentum, we’re searching for a highly qualified marketing coordinator who can contribute to existing programs while assisting with developing new initiatives aligned with company and client goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in various marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital, and social media. The marketing coordinator must be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Objectives of this role
- Working with the CEO and VP of Global Partnerships, assisting in developing and implementing the company’s brand strategy.
- Ensure all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executing processes, content, and lead generation improvements.
- Prepare marketing activity reports weekly and metrics for program success.
- Compile market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends.
- Support the development and maintenance of internal tools, including credentials database, trackers, content libraries, and global contact directory.
- Support the sales team in providing marketing material.
- Develop a weekly, monthly, and yearly digital marketing plan and monitor the execution of the plan, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
- Promote the company and its senior management to all industry trades to be speakers at conferences and trade and business publications.
Responsibilities
- Optimize company SEO on its website and other platforms.
- Edit videos and photos together for social media posts.
- Develop strategy and execution of PPC compaigns
- Implement strategies to prompt engagement in e-marketing, the company website, and social platforms.
- Coordinate product, event, or content email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing, and database management.
- Created, proofread, and edited copy for various marketing channels, ensuring a consistent voice.
- Developing and managing content and social media marketing programs, including blogs and public relations efforts
- Evaluate and monitor campaign performance continuously by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports.
- Manage content on the company’s website and social platforms.
- Support establishing and evaluating marketing strategy by assembling sales forecasts, setting objectives, organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars.
- Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the sales team and provide instructions for usage and promotion.
- Maintained inventory of sales support materials, ensured all are current and accurate, and coordinated creating new materials when necessary.
- Continually seek new sources of prospective customer data and provide sales and marketing leadership recommendations.
- Support the sales department’s initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing.
- Independently coordinate marketing and industry events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral.
- Elevate the company profile in each of its target markets
Required skills and qualifications.
- Expert in SEO and SEM Marketing and analytics- Google-certified
- Strong knowledge of word press
- Strong knowledge of HTML and design and email software
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems, Google Docs, and Excel documents
- Experience in marketing coordination or similar roles.
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Knowledgeable of Google AdWords
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linked IN and X)
- Experience using data analytics software for research.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong Knowledge of Adobe suite of editing and graphic design software
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
