We are seeking a Local SEO Manager & Analytics Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in local SEO, analytics, and team management, with a proven ability to optimize campaigns, implement tracking solutions, and lead others effectively. Key Responsibilities
Local SEO
- Develop and execute tailored local SEO strategies to achieve client goals and reach target audiences.
- Optimize Local Services Ads (LSA) campaigns to enhance visibility, lead generation, and ROI.
- Conduct in-depth local keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize Google Business Profiles (GBP) to improve engagement and performance in local search results.
- Manage and maintain accurate client citations across local directories and listings.
- Identify and resolve inconsistencies in citations to ensure compliance with best practices.
- Monitor local listings for accuracy, relevance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as local search rankings, LSA performance, GBP engagement, and traffic metrics.
- Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Manage the local SEO team
Analytics & Tracking
- Set up and maintain analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other platforms for tracking website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
- Set up CallRail or similar tracking tool
- Implement and manage conversion tracking for LSAs, GBP interactions, and other local SEO initiatives.
- Create custom dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights into campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze website and campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
- Ensure accurate data collection and troubleshoot tracking issues when necessary.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in local SEO, LSA management, and GBP optimization.
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with citation management platforms and local SEO tools
- Proficiency in building and troubleshooting tracking implementations.
- Strong knowledge of local SEO best practices and industry trends.
- High attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Eagerness to stay ahead of industry trends and grow professionally.
