Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting website audits to identify and resolve technical issues, including broken links and missing metadata.
- Support efforts to optimize web pages, enhancing load times and improving overall user experience.
- Collaborate with the team to review and manage Google Search Console, addressing errors and implementing necessary updates.
- Contribute to the optimization of office listings on local directories and other platforms.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of agent websites.
- Help update content and add internal links to improve website navigation and user accessibility.
- Assist with implementing external link-building strategies to boost website authority.
- Gain hands-on experience using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, and PageSpeed Insights.
- Monitor website performance and track search rankings, report key insights and progress.
- Support the team with basic coding tasks, including HTML and WordPress updates.
- Stay informed on the latest SEO trends and best practices through ongoing training and resources.
- Create and optimize meta descriptions, titles, and tags to improve website visibility in search results.
Qualifications:
- A foundational understanding of how websites operate, including basic knowledge of web browsers and URL structures.
- A keen interest in learning about search engine optimization (SEO) and digital marketing strategies.
- Comfortable using computers and common online tools such as Excel, Google Docs, or similar software.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward acquiring new skills.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of web design and experience with WordPress is preferred.
- Must reside and be authorized to work in Canada.

Pay Rate – $24/hr CAD
