What You’ll Do
As Head of SEO at Submagic, you’ll be at the core of our growth strategy. This is a key leadership position where you’ll have the resources, autonomy, and support to make a massive impact.
Your goal is to double our SEO conversions from 500 to 1k per month in 6 months.
- Own and create our SEO strategy — Define and execute innovative approaches that drive significant growth across markets. Full ownership, full impact.
- Lead a high-impact team — Manage and inspire a team of 6 skilled freelancers including 1 content brief specialist, 3 content writers, 2 link builders, and designers to deliver exceptional results.
- Drive global growth — Create content that ranks and converts, optimize our technical foundation, and scale our international presence.
- Make data-driven decisions — Monitor SEO performance and key KPIs to make data-driven decisions and optimizations and maximize business impact.
This is a role for someone ready to take ownership, move fast, and deliver exceptional results. You’ll have the freedom to implement your vision and the resources to make it happen.

- Leads and inspire teams — Doers who inspires the team of 7 Freelancers, including content writers, link builders, and designers. Your team’s success is your success.
- Makes data-driven decisions — Makes decisions based on numbers, not opinions. You know how to turn data into actionable insights.
