Who We Are
AmpiFire helps businesses get hyper-targeted traffic by posting content everywhere.
With a few prompts, AmpiFire creates content that’s ultra-specific to established businesses. We support all major formats such as social media posts, videos, news articles, blogs, podcasts, and infographics.
The content is then automatically published on hundreds of websites and platforms such as X/Twitter, YouTube, Google News, Apple Podcasts, etc.
For many small and medium businesses, this means they can access impactful, affordable content marketing for the first time ever. They no longer need typical content marketing approaches which are much more labor-intensive.
We’ve invested a lot of time and effort into creating the best product we can. It’s now time to double down on marketing it.
That’s why we want you to join AmpiFire as a Content & SEO Client Advisor.
About the Role
This role is perfect for an experienced digital marketing professional with at least 3 years of SEO and content strategy experience who is looking to apply their expertise in a growth-oriented environment where both consultative selling and technical knowledge are highly valued.
Since our start in 2014, AmpiFire (and before that, PressCable) has been aimed at small and medium-sized businesses. Over the last couple of years, we’ve revamped our ops and product to serve this segment as well as possible. The clients are happy, the churn is way down, and our latest launch beat all of the company records.
As a Content & SEO Client Advisor, you will be responsible for guiding clients through effective SEO and content strategies, managing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of AmpiFire.
Here are a few of your future responsibilities:
- Strategic Consultation: Conduct discovery calls and SEO audits to identify client needs and growth opportunities
- Proposal Development: Develop and present customized SEO and content strategy proposals that align with client business objectives
- Client Education: Translate technical SEO concepts into clear business benefits and ROI projections
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular strategy reviews and performance updates
- Service Expansion: Identify upsell opportunities and expand service offerings within existing accounts
- Technical Currency: Stay current with search algorithm updates and evolving SEO best practices
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with our content team to ensure alignment between promises and delivery outcomes
- Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports highlighting key wins and opportunities
Your work will have a direct impact on the growth of our business and help more small businesses succeed in their markets.
So what’s in it for you? Why would you want to join us?
6 Reasons to Join AmpiFire as a Content & SEO Client Advisor
1. Advance Your SEO Career
This role provides the perfect next step for an experienced SEO professional to deepen their consultative abilities while working directly with clients. You’ll leverage your technical SEO knowledge and content strategy skills in an advisory capacity, helping clients achieve measurable results. Our supportive environment prioritizes your professional development, offering opportunities to enhance your analytical, strategic, and client communication skills. This position sets you up for long-term career advancement in the growing field of content strategy and search optimization consulting.
2. Help the “Underdog”
Small businesses are the heart of our society. They’re more enjoyable to work for, tend to be more ethical, and make up half of the economy.
Normally, big businesses dominate the marketplace. Their advantage in exposure and reach is just unfair. That’s why we decided to throw our hat in the ring, disrupt the status quo, and help the little guy.
3. Long-Term Over Short-Term
We’ve been bootstrapped since day 1, and we’re not seeking outside funding.
For us, smart growth and happy clients will always beat flash-in-the-pan metrics investors often care about.
Our company is built on what we truly believe is the right thing to do in the long term. If that’s how you think too, you’ll feel at home here.
4. Work Remotely and Set Your Own Schedule
We’ve been firm believers in remote-first teams since our start. Why sit in traffic or a noisy office when you can work just as effectively from anywhere in the world?
While our team is distributed globally, our clients are primarily based in North America. This role requires working hours that align with the EST/PST time zones to effectively serve our client base and ensure timely communication
5. We’re Just the Right Size
At just 60 employees, we’re not so big that your contribution gets lost in the shuffle. We all take ownership of our work and things never get stale.
At the same time, we’re not so small that we don’t have enough momentum. You’ll always have plenty of resources at your disposal, and you’ll be joining a team with proven success.
6. Strong Company Culture
Our culture is built on transparency, collaboration, and continuous growth. We celebrate wins together and support each other through challenges. You’ll be part of a team that values your input and invests in your development.
What We Expect From You
- You have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with specific expertise in SEO and content strategy

Compensation:
The compensation for this role includes a competitive base salary with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $80,000 USD annually, including commission based on client retention and service expansion.

We hope you’ll join our team!
