Location: Hybrid-3 days remote/2 days in-office (Water Street, NY)
Standard & Poors, a leading credit rating agency, is seeking a Digital Demand Marketing Associate Director for a long term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Website Optimization:
- Manage and optimize the website using SEO best practices to enhance visibility and organic traffic.
- Focus on user experience principles to improve customer engagement.
- Digital Campaign Management:
- Execute and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, SEO, SEM, display ads).
- Drive leads, visibility, and user engagement.
- Digital Content Oversight:
- Manage content assets to ensure relevance and engagement for various customer segments.
- Oversee posting standards across digital channels.
- User Experience (UX):
- Collaborate with design and internal teams to enhance UX and ensure alignment with marketing goals.
- Analytics:
- Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and user behavior.
- Provide insights for ROI improvements.
- Conversion Rate Optimization:
- Implement strategies to convert website visitors into leads/customers.
- A/B Testing:
- Conduct tests on landing pages, calls-to-action, and advertising tactics to refine strategies.
- Collaboration:
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across digital channels.
- Train team members on social media, SEO, paid advertising, and tools.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5-7+ years in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful digital campaigns.
- Proficiency in:
- Content Management Systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager – AEM)
- Advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Advertising)
- Social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Oktopost)
- Marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot, Marketo)
- Solid understanding of SEO, content marketing, social media, and analytics.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Collaborative team-oriented approach with excellent project management skills.
- Preferred: Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe suite products.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
