Qualifications
- Education: 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2-3 years of SEO experience, with a solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with SEO tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Search Console (required).
- Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project).
- Data-Driven: Analytical mindset with strong math skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Bonus Skills:
- Previous experience in a digital agency or digital marketing role.
- Knowledge of machine learning principles and their practical applications in SEO, including generative AI.
- Additional experience in other areas of online marketing (SEM, social media, email, display ads, analytics).
