Website Designer with extensive usability knowledge

Fruition is hiring a website designer to assist with website design and redesign projects. We have several new websites that need to be designed and several more that need new buttons, calls to actions, etc.
This ongoing contract work. We'd like to setup fixed rate billing for several distinct projects e.g. $2500 for a new design, $50 for a new call to action, etc.
