Mid - Senior Level SEO Engineer (In house only)
We are a fast moving SEO/development firm with many well known clients and have produced close to 1,000 custom websites for e-commerce shops, professional services, video sharing sites and more.
We are looking for ONE qualified individual to begin work immediately.
You must have a minimum of 3 – 5 years mid-senior level experience in SEO/SEM and be extremely enthusiastic about the SEO industry. If you don’t know who Matt Cutts and Danny Sullivan are, you aren’t qualified.
You MUST be able to communicate well both over the phone and in person. You will manage a number of accounts and be required to interact with them over the phone and sometimes in person.
We are more interested in how well you can get it done than your education. If you cannot give specific examples of websites you have optimized/managed, please don’t apply. You will not be micro managed….you’ll be expected to be motivated and excited about producing quality work according to the priorities and deadlines we set. Your should have knowledge of all SEO factors that influence results including but not limited to: *Link building, acquisition and purchasing *Content creation strategies *Keyword and market research *On page SEO architecture *Long tail keyword and content strategies *Localized keyword optimization strategies and techniques *Familiar with technical issues – 301s, URL rewrites, duplicate content, URL canonicalization, indexation, site navigation, etc… *Knowledge and experience with HTML, CSS, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Photoshop *SEO key performance indicators and the ability to use these to prioritize and show ROI Performance Reporting and Analysis: We use a variety of tracking and reporting tools like Google Analytics and Raven Tools. You will need to be comfortable analyzing and explaining Analytics metrics to our clients. Social Media: *You’ll need to be savvy with Social Media sites like Facebook & Twitter *Management tools like Hootsuite, Tweetdeck, etc. Media Buys: You will need to be familiar with Ad purchasing through mediums like Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, Paid Link acquisition and more.
